1. User Accounts
One Account Per Person: Each individual is allowed only one account on www.stylerebates.com. This site provides Cash Back services primarily to users in the United States but is also open to international users. If you joined via a referral link, your referrer can see if you have reached the Cash Back threshold for their bonus, as well as your sign-up date and username.
Please note, the merchant’s policy, not www.stylerebates.com, determines whether they ship outside the U.S. Cash Back will only be rewarded for eligible transactions, and www.stylerebates.com reserves the right to adjust this policy at any time.
Service Emails: As a member, you must accept service emails from www.stylerebates.com and verify your email address to maintain your account. Accounts that are registered with invalid email addresses or flagged as spam may be terminated.
Fund security: Users are solely responsible for confirming that they have received each Cash Back payment. www.stylerebates.com has multiple security features to ensure payments are securely linked to your account email and can be deposited into your designated bank account. However, www.stylerebates.com is not responsible for the security of your personal email or third-party security issues.
Payments for International Members: Non-U.S. members can receive payments via PayPal. Please note that any fees associated with converting USD into other currencies will be determined by PayPal. Members are also responsible for any applicable customs taxes or fees related to receiving products.
Right to Refuse or Terminate Accounts: www.stylerebates.com reserves the right to refuse membership or terminate accounts involved in fraudulent, abusive, or unfair activity. Additionally, accounts may be disabled due to inactivity.
Fraudulent Activities and Abuse: To protect merchants, www.stylerebates.com may revoke transactions suspected of abuse or fraud. Suspected fraudulent transactions may require verification, and your account details may be shared with the merchant for investigation. Usernames that are offensive or represent trademarks/brand names will need to be updated. Accounts involved in or suspected of fraudulent activity will be terminated. Fraudulent activities include but not limited to:
(1) Orders with different shipping addresses or recipients from the same account.
(2) Having more than one www.stylerebates.com account (only one account is permitted per user).
(3) Fraud status reported by merchants.
Inactive Accounts: If your account has been inactive for 60 days, you will be notified via email. If no action is taken within 120 days, your account will be permanently terminated. To prevent this, simply log into your account at least once every six months. A purchase is not required, just logging in.
Maintenance Fees for Inactive Accounts: If your account has not accrued any Cash Back for 18 consecutive months, a monthly maintenance fee of $2 will be deducted from your balance until it reaches zero. If the account remains inactive for over 12 months and the balance is zero, www.stylerebates.com may permanently close the account and cease maintaining account records. Maintenance fees are non-refundable, will not cause your balance to go negative, and no money will be owed to www.stylerebates.com.
2. Cash Back & Bonuses & Other Rewards
StyleRebates tracks the purchases made by users and rewards Cash Back rebates for valid transactions. When you click a link on our website, you will be redirected to the partner (or advertiser) site via affiliate cookies, which helps us track your purchase and credit the appropriate Cash Back.
The steps to Earn Cash Back:
(1) Sign up/log in your StyleRebates account;
(2) Search for brands, stores, or products, and use filters to quickly and easily narrow down your options to find exactly what you need;
(3) Once you select a product you love, click on it to be redirected to the retailer's website to complete your purchase and earn rebates.
Please note, Cash Back amounts vary by store and product category. Details on the specific amounts can be found on www.stylerebates.com. The net purchase amount excludes taxes, fees, shipping, gift wrapping, discounts, credits, returns, cancellations, and extended warranties.
Certain affiliate stores may exclude specific products or purchases from the program. To qualify for Cash Back, you must complete your purchase in the same shopping session after clicking the link from www.stylerebates.com. If you visit other sites or use coupons not provided by www.stylerebates.com, you may not earn Cash Back. If you disable cookies on your computer, you will not be able to earn Cash Back, as cookies are necessary to authenticate your account and ensure Cash Back is properly credited. Certain browser plug-ins may also interfere with earning Cash Back.
Some purchases made at StyleRebates's affiliated merchants may not generate a commission and therefore will not qualify for Cash Back. These exclusions may include, but are not limited to, gift certificates, gift cards, reseller purchases, or other items as determined by the merchant. www.stylerebates.com is not obligated to pay Cash Back for these transactions or for purchases where a merchant cancels the commission.
Returns and Reversals: If you return an item after receiving Cash Back for that purchase, www.stylerebates.com reserves the right to recover the Cash Back earnings from you. This may include canceling your check or deducting the amount from your StyleRebates account balance.
The www.stylerebates.com periodically offers monetary bonuses or other rewards for signing up for the program, referring new members, or completing specific actions.
Sign-up Bonus: To qualify for a sign-up bonus, a new member must establish an active account and earn at least $20.00 in Order Cash Back in available status.
Refer-A-Friend Bonus: As a member of www.stylerebates.com, you can refer friends through the www.stylerebates.com Refer-A-Friend program. When your friend clicks your referral link and signs up, the sign-up will be credited to you. The Refer-A-Friend program rewards you with a $5 referral bonus for each friend who successfully establishes their own account. This $5 bonus becomes available for redemption once your friend has earned a minimum of $20.00 in available Order Cash Back. To redeem your Refer-A-Friend bonus, you must also have earned at least $20.00 in available Order Cash Back.
www.stylerebates.com is not responsible for any events beyond its control that may prevent you from receiving your Refer-A-Friend referral bonuses. Such events may include, but are not limited to, errors or mistakes made by a friend during the sign-up process. www.stylerebates.com reserves the right to withhold payment of Refer-A-Friend program bonuses indefinitely for reasons including, but not limited to: self-referrals, referrals of members from the same household, suspected fraud, merchant issues, returns, or unusual activity. www.stylerebates.com also reserves the right to reclaim Refer-A-Friend bonuses if any of these issues are discovered after the bonus payment is made.
If you believe your Refer-A-Friend bonuses are being improperly withheld, please contact us, and we will be happy to assist you in resolving the issue.
3. Payments
The www.stylerebates.com pays members via PayPal and Gift Card. Members can select or update their payment preferences in the My Account section of StyleRebates. The minimum payment amount is $20.00, and the maximum payment amount is $2,000.00.
Please note that some orders from affiliate stores may experience a delay of one payment cycle due to delayed processing or reporting by the stores. www.stylerebates.com strives to expedite payments and maintains a list of stores that may cause delays in Cash Back payments. www.stylerebates.com also reserves the right to delay payments for any purchase due to changes in affiliate store policies and procedures.
4. Privacy
StyleRebates.com does not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. We require your name and address solely to process Cash Back payments and other rewards you earn through our site. Any additional information collected is used to enhance your experience on StyleRebates.com, such as customizing the content and offers you see to align with your preferences, like your favorite stores, preferred coupon types, or shopping categories. We partner with Rakuten Advertising, which may collect personal information when you interact with our site. This agreement to arbitrate includes any claims against Company's employees, agents or any subsidiaries of Company. Arbitration is a method of claim resolution that is less formal than a traditional court proceeding in state or federal court. It uses a neutral arbitrator instead of a judge or jury and the arbitrator's decision is subject to limited review by courts.
All disputes about the arbitrability of a claim, including questions about the scope, enforceability, or validity of this Agreement, shall be decided by the arbitrator. The arbitrator will also determine whether a claim is subject to arbitration. This agreement is governed by the U.S. Federal Arbitration Act and federal arbitration law.
If we make a material change to this arbitration provision in the future, you may reject the change by sending written notice within 30 calendar days of the modification. However, rejecting changes to this provision will not affect prior arbitration agreements already in place, which will remain valid.
CLASS ACTION WAIVER
YOU AND COMPANY AGREE TO WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND TO FILE OR PARTICIPATE IN ANY CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. Claims may only be brought individually, not as part of a group or class. Relief will not be awarded on a class or representative basis. The arbitrator cannot consolidate claims or join another person's claim with yours. If this Class Action Waiver is found unenforceable, the entire arbitration provision will become null and void.
Choice of Law and Venue
This Agreement, its validity, construction, and interpretation, as well as the relationship between you and company, are governed by the laws of the State of California, excluding its conflict of law provisions. This does not limit protections that cannot be waived under applicable law.
